Because many pieces contain natural gemstones or pearls, slight differences in color, pattern, and inclusions are normal and make each piece unique.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information.

  • Custom, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, resized, and special-order items are final sale.
  • Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons unless defective.

8. Repairs & Warranty

If your jewelry experiences a manufacturing defect within our warranty period, please contact us for evaluation.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Bent rings
  • Lost or chipped gemstones due to impact
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, chemicals, improper care, or unauthorized repairs

Warranty coverage is determined after inspection.

9. Jewelry Care

Proper care is essential for maintaining the beauty and longevity of your jewelry.

Customers are responsible for following our recommended care instructions. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care or handling.

10. Ring Sizing

Customers are responsible for ordering the correct ring size.

If resizing is available for a particular design, resizing fees and shipping charges may apply unless otherwise stated.

Certain ring styles cannot be resized.

11. Custom Orders

A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.

Because custom jewelry is created specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary.

12. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

13. Intellectual Property
