How are the charms attached?
The Charms are connected to the bracelet or necklace by a jump ring! To ensure that the charm will not fall off, you can request that the jump rings be welded on.
How do I get a new charm attached to my preexisting bracelet or necklace?
1. if you are local, I can come pick it up attach it, and drop it back off!
2. If you are not local, or do not choose option 1, send an email to info@shopgraceelizabeth.com
How long does is take for a Charmed piece of jewelry to be made?
Depending on the piece, expect it to be around 2-4 weeks :)
How do I specify the placement of each charm?
Email info@shopgraceelizabeth.com with your Order #, Name, and placement for each charm!
